How To Use

We recommend holding your preferred dose under the tongue for approximately 30 seconds before swallowing, to experience the dose’s full effects.

You can also use Heightened Hemp topically to ease pain and or inflammation.

Store in a cool dark place; shake well before each use.

Suggested use varies for each individual. For adults, we recommend 1-2 servings when needed in order to achieve results. Suggestions may be too little or too much depending on each individual, so we highly recommend finding your CBD groove by seeing what works best for you.

• 1/4 dropper is approximately 17mg CBD
